Raiding and PvP Gear

Now I know that SOME PvP gear is decent for raiding, for some classes, BUT....

Can we please STOP bringing people suited up in 75% or more PvP gear to T6 raids?

They are not geared for the content, even less geared for it than some of the guys we bring wearing T4/badge gear.

Especially when these people are PuGs, it makes my steady shot finger cramp up, and all I can do is autoshot.

I can't judge this based on any other class really but from a Mage and a Rogue perspective, but you can't wear PvP gear. There are SOME fights where Matty will say to throw on SOME PvP gear just to boost our HP so we can survive an encounterand that's fine. The problem with the gear for the most part is that in gaining HP we also gain a butt load of useless resil and a huge hit in our other important stats.

T6 Raids require atleast full SSC/TK or badge gear. Other than that, nothing should really be worn. I think we should bring members who aren't ready for MH/BT to SSC/TK and get them geared. Take people who just aren't 100% ready and gear them up.

Agreed (<----one of them ) but then we will end up doing less BT and MH which screws over the better raiders.

Besides the HP bonus the only fight that Resillience Helps is on Bloodboil. That's it. Pvp gear gives you less HIT/CRIT/DMG than PVE gear overall. The weapons are nice and 1 piece here or there is good but that's about all that helps imo.

True most of the time pve gear is > pvp, but sometimes pvp gear is really really good gear. If its only the gear that you get from honor thats a different story but the gear from arena points can have very good stats. Just depeneds on what kind of pvp gear they have.
