Now i know we only have a select few that are truely geared enough to do a serious run of the place for a clear and they are running it in a group. We have enough people in this guild that we might consider trying to form a 2nd group for this place. Now I know we can't seriousl expect to accomplish much in there but if we can get the 1st boss or 2, maybe even attempt to go further depending how it goes id be interested in trying the 2nd group. This way we can try to get geared up some more and when the main group is all geared up and can start to carry the lesser geared people we won't be in as bad a shape and won't need quite as many drops.... just a thought. Is anyone else interested in trying ths?

I'll go with any group that needs a lock :-) just be warned, because of my timezone, I can only raid on weekends or really early in the morning on weekdays (like 3:30am-4:30am and 7am-9am)

I'd run with a fresh ZA group for shits, either on Ug or my mage (Alivissice, who is prob close to geared enough for a semi-serious attempt).

I've tanked the 4 animal bosses, never been to Hexlord or Zul'jin so those'd be a learning experience for me.

I would love to do ZA. True it is a VERY laggy instance for me but i think im fine w/ the first two bosses. I consider myself decent dps so let me know when you guys want to start a second group

welli have been there with both redneck and brd so yeah i can heal or dps depenting on if the main grp needs or uses me which doesnt happen very often

I have tanked/dps all the way up to zul jin....and we wiped at 1% ......... .....any how i am down to go..for the guild that is...i only need cat gear from there...and t4 from kara and gruuls

some of you may not agree with what i am about to say but its mostly thinking out loud

i think our best shot for a grp to and to get people geard is to split grp 1 up a little i think our main problem is leet dps but also having our 3 best heals and our best tanks in grp 1 kinda sucks for grp 2 i think the best heals in order is 1:matty 2/3:lath/verlo 4/5 brd/ win.. note that might not be our best but those our the best that play all the time and are available whenever. i think teaming matty brd and win and lath and verlo and i am not sure who else would wok well.. and the same goes for the tanks. i can see why some would be upset and say well if we split up grp one it wont full clear anymore but i think if we want to start running the 25 mans we need to get as many people in as we can and gear them up and i dont think it would take but a few weeks to gear up 2 grps that would be able to full clear. i think for the sake of the guild out top 10 guys need to take a step back to gear upo th other 15 or we will never make it to BT and so on.

I agree with you to an extent Red. The other half of that though is the times that everyone is online.. In an ideal world, I think having the two groups running at the same time would be a really effective way to gear up on a weekend raid schedule.

ZA is pretty quick (relatively) so something like a Friday night Gruul's followed by splitting into 2 ZA groups might be worth considering. It might be kind of fun to have the two groups race eachother to add an element of fun (and trash talking for the winners)

Since it resets every 3 days we dont really need to worry about a full clear on the weekends right away. We can still mix it up during the week to gear people up that really need it the most and get our full clear.

That leaves Saturday night for TK. We got Void Reaver down and I think we are starting to get the hang of the pulls pretty good. If we get TK down to an hour and a half or less, then there would be plenty of time for Kara badge farming. (I think we can skip some bosses in Kara now too... is it possible to just burn down Moroes, do the Opera event and then go right on to the Curator and beyond?) If we are doing ZA with two groups, we wont be looking for Kara drops much longer.. I know I only want the T4 from Prince... everything else I am happy to help with and pass on all the lootz.

Hell, we could knock out some heroics even. I know a lot of people still have quests in those and we might as well get people ready for the Champion of the Naaru title for when we go to Mag's Lair

I dunno, I kinda agree with you sentiments Red, but on the other hand, why would the 'leet' group wanna split up to buff up other guys, that don't even try for raiding kara, or showing up for 25 mans? I'm not naming any names (I honestly don't even have any in mind), but seriously, the guys running ZA right now have busted their asses learning content, gearing up, etc. so that they can survive brutal environments, which there's a shitton of people that kinda just slide along, and hope to get assimilated into the uberness, so to speak.

That being said, if the 'original' group didn't need Ug, I'd run him with a fresh one to help, and soon as my mage can get another 1-2k hp, he might actually be able to live thru the trash pulls to continue burning stuff up.

well i am not saying that we take just anyone. there are people who raid often enough and are geered enough for ZA wind for one olar could talk a little i am sure my my toons have been in there and done fine(i thnk) but are not in the raids and i am sure there are other people but saying all this doesnt really matter now cuz it sounds like we got it figured out last night.( i just cought the tail end of the meeting or whatever it was). but what i was sayin was that out "leet grp" is awsome they have done a lot but there really isnt anything more to do if we dont get 15 more guys well geard for this shit
