Don't have one currently, been thinking of making a fire spec soon.

I work shift work, so I could make 3/4 of raids. I know my schedule well in advance.

Almost never.
How long have you played WoW? What other classes/specs have you played and to what extent::
Started playing towards the end of vanilla. I have 10 80's currently, with my 74 warrior being the only class I don't have to 80 currently.
What is your past raiding experience in WoW?:
In BC, I was 4/6 Sunwell pre nerf, 6/6 post. For LK, I'm 11/12 10 icc exp on various toons, with some Hardmodes done also.

The guild I'm in currently is just a guild with some of my friends. Most have cut wow time severely down during summer.
Why are you leaving your current guild?::
I'm looking to get more raids done before xpac.

I don't believe so. I pug alot, but I don't know if it's been with anybody.
Why do you want to join DoG?:
Your raiding level is where I'm looking to go. I don't want to join a guild that is already completed everything as I like the feeling of progression.
Please post a WWS/WMO/WoL or a screen shot of your healing/dps meter. If you cannot, what HPS/DPS do you pull on ICC25 Festergut (N) (Lack of a parse/screen cap will likely require in-game confirmation before receiving invites to our main raids)? :
Sorry, I don't have any, can only say I pull 10k dps ish on 25 ice boss. If that means anything. Willing to prove dps in game if required.
Briefly explain your gear, gemming and enchanting choices? :
Fairly straightforward. Gem for spell power and haste, with a little spirit thrown in for meta/critz.
What sites/ resources do you use to maximize your character?:
Wow forums, elitist jerks. The usuals.
How do you react to criticism? How would you react if we asked you to sit out a boss? Or sit out a whole raid?:
I'm always open to advice. I'm also willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I have in past changed toons based on raids needs to get the job done.
We use an EPGP loot system, the rules of which can be seen here: Loot System are you willing to abide by this system?:
I raid more for the experience of killing stuff than loot. Loot is nice, but not the main reason I'm there.

Lol, I apologize if my app looks confusing. I didn't think about the name on my account seeing as it was already active. As I said, I have many alts, Marixa, my druid being one of them. I don't play her alot lately, but is a good indication of my raiding experience.

Definitely has the gear and the experience I'll give him that, we have recruited several mages as of late though. But if he can pull the dmg and knows the fights then that's really the challenge.

Gear/gems/enchants: Good.
Attitude/app: I like it.
ICC experience: I'm seeing 7/12 in 10man, 4/12 in 25 so not stellar.
Yes we have recruited 2-3 mages recently, however none of them can do 100% attendance, so I believe we have room for Meltz.
I will watch in game and likely invite for trial.
