ICC raiders, READ!

Ok well i know that many of our raiders dont really come to the webpage for info, and that I could type everything in spanish and spare me the translations! yayyyyyyy

but no, we gotta use our tools to keep geling (yeah as in GEL) as a guild and work our way through the game, cuz sincerely, I wanna feel like we did when illidan died.

SOOOOOOO, please, check up on the website a bit more, for info like what im posting. Comments, ideas are all welcome.

First of all I would like to address certain points.

We are a guild, we gotta work as one and move as one, and for that we all have to trust on our guildies to do their jobs, as they are counting on us to do ours. If we are spending time away from family, friends, pussy magnets, bacon? we all gotta take that into consideration. Basically try not to suck.

When it comes to raid night, people have to be prepared. I will chip in strategy guides and videos for teh guild to watch/read, but its SUPER importante that every DoG raider does it. Not only do you have a idea of what to expect, but you will make life easier on the raid leaders, you can have input to he encounter, and best of all, if we all do it, it really helps our progression.

Im really confident about our raiders, and that confidence has to be backed up by the guild a bit more imo. We cant have a raid and because we are missing 2 good people then we install the "ok lets just wipe and learn" 2 people dont make the difference. This game has a basic formula and its quality over quantity. What i mean is, someone can have a 5500 gearscore, and really suck. We have the players, maybe we are lacking some gear, but that is easy to fix. We cannot think of ourselves as headless chickens. We HAVE the gear, we HAVE the brains, we HAVE the raiders. So lets fucking kill some bosses.

In terms of RAID NIGHT

I would like to see 2 things improve.

Situational Awareness
Strategy planification and execution

Its fucking 3:30 am, if I wanted to say something else, I forgot.
Oh yeah, lets sort out a real raid scheduele.
