Frost, its PVP...i only raid arcane and i pull great numbers with it, 10k+

i cant sorry but im 9k+ witchy seen me raid.
Sometimes people need to sit out to down a boss (maximize raid comp), if you were asked to sit out would you accept that?:
Got no prob sitting out as long as its not constint.

A few things to consider here (I'll be nicer than I have with previous apps....sorry Olarn):
1. Alleriia came to a ICC25 half guild/half pug I ran 2 weeks ago. Had a 5621 gs, pulled ~7.5k dps overall (vs. schiff & prodigy at 10k+, novokaine at 8.5k etc). I have screenshots of my meters.
2. Has already apped as Renva, who he told me was his main...a pretty nicely geared prot pally.
3. Took poorly to comments in vent at end of raid as guild members were discussing how pugs did (we did not realize any pugs were still in channel). Sent some upset whispers to novokaine.
4. Is quite young with respect to rest of the guild.
5. Should maybe be given a second chance given he was upset about criticism that he was not meant to hear...
That's my 2 cents.

Ok Gracillis. i know i didnt take that comment right, but what he said i didnt think was true, as i remmeber he said i pulled very poor dps and died EVERY fight, when i died once on rotface, and then my gs is not like 5818 or 5808 not and i pull average of 10k in that raid i was averaging between 7.5k-8k but i can assure u that if u give me a second chance i wont disappoint.

Are you sure its the same person? They have different names but most of the app seems the same. And if hes got two characters who can actually do what his App(s) say then He gets my vote. I got nothing against age here seeing as I joined when i was what 12, or something. There also is a difference between criticism and blindside smashing though I do advise him to take everything with caution because we do try to have positive criticism in the guild. I think he can do it, Vote +1 for whatever my vote matters.
